This resort is the definition of nature, luxury and hospitality. We are in awe with the staff at this resort. Our driver /tour guide Komang went above and beyond to show us his country. He even lent us money for hospital one night when my husband developed an infection from an earlier bite in Thailand. We will definitely be back. This resort is a family not just a hotel. Warmth and tranquility ♥️✨🙏

If you are visiting Bali look no further. This resort is ultra luxury not only in terms of the amenities but also the staff. If you go there, don't book tours with other providers in town , just ask for the driver Komang . He is from the area and will show you places that are unforgettable. We want to thank him as well as his manager , Ema who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable 🙏

we loved our stay at Aksari Resort in Ubud. The beautiful people who work there did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our time there. We had a fantastic massage at the Svaha Spa, one of the best we ever had. The hotel provided a car and driver at a reasonable price to do local sightseeing. The food at Ankhusa restaurant was delicious. The resort is particularly beautiful at night. We will come stay at Aksari again.

They provide a free morning yoga class and the teacher will help you take pictures at the end of the class. Also has live music performances every night. Having breakfast with the sounds of the river is great. The pools are good but sometimes the towels are not enough. The free water bottle is dirty as others mentioned. The pillow is too low which made me not comfy. And the sounds of the refrigerator are too noisy. We chose here because of promotional photos and we felt deceived. The cafe beside the river was used for villa construction which is a big disappointment for us.

Beautiful, romantic resort, with a stunning natural backdrop all around. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and hi tech for a complete luxury experience and the staff is helpful, accommodating and very polite. There are lots of extras that can be booked to complete the romantic experience. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back.

The most accommodating and courteous staff I've ever had at a resort. The location is so peaceful it's impossible to not relax and the food and drinks are some of the best we've had in Bali.

Best best best eco resort. Not much of a choice for vegetarians but Kitchen staff will make sure you don't go back hungry. Customer service is a priority here. A must stay place in Ubud.
